Juan is a director at Oaklins LarrainVial in Chile, with extensive experience in advising clients on complex corporate finance transactions, including M&A, debt issuances, debt restructurings, capital increases and IPOs on the ScaleX market, across diverse industries and company sizes. He combines deep financial expertise with strategic insight, helping companies navigate high-stakes deals and achieve their growth objectives. Juan has led advisory work on several landmark transactions, such as the sale of Rindegastos, a leading expense management SaaS platform in Latin America, to Visma; the sale of Kame ERP, a regional ERP software provider for SMEs, to Siigo, a portfolio company of Accel-KKR; and the IPO of Buydepa on the ScaleX market. In addition, Juan leads the firm’s tech team, guiding advisory processes for technology and software companies in Latin America and mentoring team members on sector-specific strategies.

Juan initially joined Oaklins LarrainVial in 2014. After completing his MBA at Columbia Business School in 2021, he spent one year working at Amazon before rejoining the firm in 2022. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
