Reinholds is a director at Oaklins Baltics in Riga and leads Oaklins’ glass processing & finishing team. Bringing over six years of experience in M&A advisory, he has successfully managed sell-side, buy-side and capital raising projects across a wide range of sectors, including consumer goods, building materials, e-commerce, micromobility and specialized manufacturing. His most recent notable transactions include providing sell-side advisory to listed agriholding APF Holdings, car-sharing company OX Drive, Nordic water sports equipment leader SeaBird Designs and multinational Saint-Gobain on the sale of their Estonian glass processing unit Baltiklaas. Additionally, Reinholds has advised Tet, Latvia’s leading technology and entertainment operator, on buy-side acquisitions, as well as Coffee Address, the largest coffee service provider in the Baltics.

Prior to joining Oaklins Baltics in 2018, Reinholds worked in banking in Latvia as a financial analyst focusing on corporate loan profitability, asset management and alternative investment opportunities. He has a BSc in Economics and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
