Christoph is an associate director at Oaklins Switzerland. He has worked on several sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions in different industries, and has extensive experience in business analysis, financial modeling, business valuations and purchase price allocations. He has advised clients in the energy and utility, renewable energy, medical technology, ICT, automotive and food & beverage sectors. Key clients include AutoForm, MSC Cruises, Straumann, Spice Private Equity, Precipart Group, Suhner, Open Travel Services, Hoststar and Capricorn AG.

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Christoph worked at BKW Energie AG in corporate finance and M&A. He is a CFA charterholder and has a master’s degree in banking and finance from the University of Zurich.
