Sofía is an associate at Oaklins LarrainVial in Chile. Experienced in mergers & acquisitions, debt issues and valuations, she is particularly focused on the real estate sector. Notable transactions she has worked on include the IPO of Cencosud Shopping for US$1.1 billion, Patio Comercial’s purchase of four shopping centers from VivoCorp for US$160 million, Patio Comercial’s first bond issue for US$120 million and Independencia’s bond issue for US$62 million.

Sofía joined Oaklins LarrainVial in 2017 after spending a year in its asset management division. She also spent seven months at Altamar Advisory Partners in Spain. Sofía has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
