Ghislain is an executive director at Oaklins France. With over 15 years’ experience in mid-market M&A and a track record of more than 40 deals, he has particular expertise in the manufacturing sector, including chemicals and packaging, having advised on deals such as the disposal of Prochimir to Arkema; the disposal of Oré Peinture to the Danish private equity-owned group Geveko; the minority LBO of Actéo Group supported by GENEO Capital Entrepreneur and Bpifrance; the acquisition of AB Process by the private equity fund Cerea Capital; and the majority LBO of Pinard Beauty Pack Group with Bluegem Capital Partners and AREV Partners.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2019, Ghislain was an M&A senior manager at Mazars for seven years. Before that, he was an M&A associate at Athema, a French M&A advisory firm specialized in mid-cap transactions. Ghislain is an ESC Amiens graduate and has a degree in economics and finance.
