The private shareholders of B. Sørbø AS have sold the company to Lomond Industrier AB.
B. Sørbø AS is a leading Norwegian specialty wholesaler within building materials, with particular focus on parts and materials for production and installation of windows and doors. The group's customers are typically DIY retail chains, construction companies, house builders and glaziers.
Lomond Industrier AB, through its subsidiaries, distributes hardware and building materials to DIY sector and professional resellers. It offers consumables, fittings, and hardware. The company also provides items, accessories, consumables, and tools for the construction and maintenance of buildings. Lomond Industrier AB was founded in 2010 and is based in Malmo, Sweden, and has subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
