Creative Co-Op Inc. has been acquired by Eureka Growth Capital

Creative Co-Op Inc. and its affiliates have completed a recapitalization led by Eureka Growth Capital (Eureka). Financial details of this transaction have not been disclosed.

Creative Co-Op is a rapidly growing, family owned designer, sourced manufacturer and marketer of home decorative accessories and giftware. The company’s products are sold to independent retailers and national key accounts in the USA, as well as through Creative Home branded retail storefronts in over 15 cities located throughout China.

Philadelphia-based Eureka Growth Capital is a private equity firm specializing in growth capital investments, management buyouts, acquisitions, and ownership transfers in middle-market companies.
