Die CENT Systems AG ist auf Scanlösungen und Dokumentenverarbeitung spezialisiert. Das Unternehmen zielt hauptsächlich auf die Schweizer Krankenversicherungs- und Finanzdienstleistungsmärkte ab.
Das Team von Oaklins in der Schweiz hat den Käufer bei dieser Transaktion beraten.
