Juli 2015 — Die KPT, eine der zehn führenden Krankenversicherungen der Schweiz, hat die CENT Systems AG von der Familie Siegenthaler übernommen. Über die finanziellen Bedingungen wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.
Die CENT Systems AG ist auf Scanlösungen und Dokumentenverarbeitung spezialisiert. Das Unternehmen zielt hauptsächlich auf die Schweizer Krankenversicherungs- und Finanzdienstleistungsmärkte ab.
