Der Eigentümer der Vedia SA hat das Unternehmen im Rahmen einer Buy-out-Transaktion an die Groupshop Holding SA, ein Übernahmevehikel des Managements, verkauft.
Vedia SA wurde 1971 gegründet. Das Unternehmen ist ein Versandhändler, der über seinen Online-Shop und Versandkataloge eine breite Palette von Markenkonsumgütern und Haushaltswaren, darunter Textilien, Kleidung und Küchenartikel, an Schweizer Kunden verkauft.
