Oktober 2016 — Nolato AB hat die Treff AG für USD 50 Millionen übernommen.
Nolato AB ist ein schwedischer Konzern mit Niederlassungen in Europa, Asien und Nordamerika. Das Unternehmen entwickelt und produziert Produkte aus Polymerwerkstoffen wie Kunststoff, Silikon und TPE für Kunden in den Bereichen Medizintechnik, Pharmazeutik, Telekommunikation, Automobil, Hygiene und andere ausgewählte Industriezweige.
Die Treff AG mit Sitz in Degersheim in der Schweiz ist spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von massgeschneiderten Kunststoffteilen für einen weltweiten Kundenstamm im medizinischen und industriellen Bereich.
