Juli 2018 — Die Flokk Group hat ihre Tochtergesellschaft Espisa AG erfolgreich an die Aeterna AG verkauft.
Espisa ist ein profitabler, führender Subunternehmer im Bereich des Kunststoff-Spritzgusses. Das Unternehmen ist auf hochwertige Kunststoffteile für professionelle Grossgeräte spezialisiert, welche in verschiedenen Branchen eingesetzt werden. Ursprünglich war Espisa hauptsächlich ein Lieferant von Kunststoffteilen für Büromöbel an Giroflex, hat sich aber zwischenzeitlich zu einem profitablen und vielseitigen Lieferanten für verschiedene Branchen entwickelt. Das Unternehmen beschäftigt 50 Mitarbeiter und hat seinen Sitz in Koblenz, Schweiz.
Im Juli 2017 wurde die Muttergesellschaft von Espisa, die Giroflex Holding AG, vom norwegischen Möbelkonzern Flokk übernommen. Mit mehr als 2'600 Mitarbeitern und einem Gesamt-umsatz von ca. USD 374 Millionen ist Flokk Marktführer im Bereich Design, Entwicklung und Herstellung von Büromöbeln in Nordeuropa. Flokk gehört der Private Equity Firma Triton. Da sich Flokk auf Marken-Büromöbel konzentriert, gehörte Espisa nicht mehr zum strategischen Kerngeschäft, weshalb man sich für einen Verkauf entschied.

Unsere rolle bei der transaktion
Das Team von Oaklins in der Schweiz führte im Auftrag der Verkäufer exklusiv den gesamten Verkaufsprozess durch. Dies umfasste unter anderem die Vorbereitung der Verkaufsunterlagen, die Identifizierung und Ansprache potenzieller Käufer, Due Diligence, parallele Verhandlungen mit potenziellen Käufern sowie die Begleitung bis zur Unterzeichnung und zum Abschluss. Die Transaktion umfasste den Verkauf der Aktien, eine Immobilientransaktion und einen kommerziellen Leistungsvertrag.
