Total Specific Solutions B.V. (TSS) hat Algardata Sistemas Informáticos, S.A. (Algardata) übernommen, einen führenden Softwareanbieter von Branchensoftwarelösungen für Gastgewerbe, Einzelhandel, Logistik und Landwirtschaft.
TSS mit Sitz in den Niederlanden ist ein dezentral organisiertes, international tätiges Softwarehaus für Branchensoftware. Das Unternehmen verfolgt eine Nischenstrategie und entwickelt führende Marktpositionen in ausgewählten Segmenten wie Gesundheit, öffentliche Verwaltung, Finanz- und Rechtsdienste, Buchführung, Landwirtschaft, Automobil, Bau, Bildung, Gastgewerbe, Immobilien und Einzelhandel.
