Die Highlight Event and Entertainment-Gruppe liess die PPA für die Highlight Communications AG neu erstellen
Die Highlight Event and Entertainment AG (HLEE) ist an der Schweizer Börse SIX kotiert und agiert über ihre operativen Tochterunternehmen und Beteiligungen vornehmlich in den Geschäftsbereichen Film, Sport- und Event-Marketing. Die Kernkompetenzen der HLEE liegen in der Vermarktung internationaler Topevents (z.B. der UEFA Champions League) und Entwicklung von Marken.
Für die Kontrollübernahme an der Highlight Communications AG musste eine unabhängige neue Purchase Price Allocation erstellt werden. Dabei wurden für das Segment Sport- und Event-Marketing die Kundenbeziehungen und Vermarktungsverträge bewertet.
Die M&A-Berater von Oaklins in der Schweiz führten diese Bewertungsarbeiten durch und erstellte für die HLEE-Gruppe die PPA gemäss den Anforderungen von IFRS 3.
