DTP Infinities Limited has raised funds
January 2024 — DTP Infinities Limited has completed a listing via the reverse takeover of 3Cnergy and raised funding of US$51 million. The company owns a portfolio of assets, predominantly upscale hotels located in key regional cities in the UK, offering a total of 3,383 keys. The hotels are operated under franchise agreements with IHG, Hilton and Marriott.
DTP is owned by DTGPO Corporation, a Thailand-based conglomerate with interests in property development, trading, technology, design, construction, entertainment and communications. Listing their UK-based hospitality assets is part of a longer-term plan to grow overseas and establish a REIT for mature property assets in the future.

Swiss Estates AG liess eine Fairness Opinion zum Übernahmeangebot von Kolumbus Group AG erstellen
Am 22. Juli 2026 veröffentlichte die Kolumbus Group AG ein öffentliches Kaufangebot für die sich im Publikum befindenden Namenaktien und Inhaber-Partizipationsscheine sowie für die von ihr nicht gehaltenen, nicht kotierten Namenaktien der Swiss Estates AG. Der Angebotspreis betrug CHF 3.00 netto je kotiertes Beteiligungspapier und CHF 0.30 netto je nicht kotierte Namenaktie. Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss des Angebots beabsichtigt die Kolumbus Group, die Beteiligungspapiere zu dekotieren. Der Verwaltungsrat der Swiss Estates gab die Erstellung einer Fairness Opinion zur Beurteilung der finanziellen Angemessenheit des öffentlichen Kaufangebots in Auftrag.
