November 2010 — Der Eigentümer der Dispensys AG hat das Unternehmen an die Sulzer Mixpac AG verkauft.
Dispensys entwickelt und produziert Dispenser und Kartuschen für alle 2-Komponenten-Anwendungen im Dentalmarkt, wie z.B. für Abformmaterialien, provisorische Kronen- und Brückenmaterialien, Zemente oder Bleaching-Produkte. Der Eigentümer von Dispensys wollte sich auf die Entwicklung neuer Produkte konzentrieren.
Sulzer Mixpac ist der weltweit führende Hersteller und Anbieter von Dosier-, Misch- und Abgabesystemen sowie Einwegmischern für reaktive Mehrkomponentenmaterialien.
