HG COMMERCIALE ist ein Verband mit mehr als 3’700 Mitarbeitern und einem Marktanteil von 15-20%.
Louis Pisoli SA verfügt über mehr als 70 Jahre Erfahrung im Holzhandel mit Schwerpunkt auf Furnier. Mit dieser Transaktion haben die beiden aktiven Privataktionäre ihre Nachfolge geregelt.
Das Team von Oaklins in der Schweiz fungierte als exklusiver Berater des Käufers, führte die Due-Diligence durch, entwarf den Aktienkaufvertrag und unterstützte bei den Verhandlungen.
