Juni 2011 — HG COMMERCIALE, ein führendes Handelsunternehmen für Baumaterialien, Holz, Werkzeuge und Eisenwaren in der Schweiz, hat die Louis Pisoli SA, ein Holzhandelsunternehmen in der Westschweiz, übernommen.
HG COMMERCIALE ist ein Verband mit mehr als 3’700 Mitarbeitern und einem Marktanteil von 15-20%.
Louis Pisoli SA verfügt über mehr als 70 Jahre Erfahrung im Holzhandel mit Schwerpunkt auf Furnier. Mit dieser Transaktion haben die beiden aktiven Privataktionäre ihre Nachfolge geregelt.
