Marissa Guzzo

Analyst

Marissa is an analyst at TM Capital, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. She supports clients and senior advisors in various tasks related to industry analysis, financial modeling and the preparation of sales materials across a range of transaction types and sectors, including consumer, IT services, business services and industrials. Recent transactions she has worked on include Decisive Group’s acquisition by Calian Group, NOVA Coldstore’s acquisition by Lineage, Set Solutions’ acquisition by Trace3, Motor City Industrial’s acquisition by AFC Industries and Brownie Brittle’s acquisition by Second Nature Brands.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Marissa completed internships at TM Capital and Simulmedia, a marketing company in New York. She graduated from Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics with honors.
