Associate

Vasco is an associate at Oaklins APOYO in Peru, where he contributes to the execution of sell-side and buy-side mandates, debt restructurings, fairness opinions, feasibility studies, valuations and other financial advisory services. He has experience in working across key sectors, including fishing, mining, mining services, agriculture, retail, TMT and healthcare. Notable transactions include supporting Pesquera Exalmar S.A.A. on its acquisition of Pesquera Centinela S.A.C.; presenting a financial diagnosis on liquidity options for Volcan Compañía Minera S.A.A., a publicly listed company on the Lima Stock Exchange, to its board of directors; and issuing a fairness opinion to the shareholders of Cartavio S.A.A., a leading Peruvian sugar producer under Grupo Gloria, on the reasonableness of the exchange terms for the merger by absorption with Empresa Agrícola Sintuco S.A.

Vasco joined Oaklins APOYO in 2021 after working at Credicorp Capital Bolsa in the capital markets division and at Valinvest, a Peruvian private equity firm. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Universidad del Pacífico.
