Anders Ingler

Senior Advisor

Anders founded Oaklins Sweden, formerly Avantus, in 1999 and served as its managing partner up until the end of 2015 when he was made senior partner. He became senior advisor in 2021. He has advised on a number of M&A transactions, such as the sale of Enventus to Hoval, the sale of Scana Steel Söderfors to Applied Value Group, the sale of Långshyttan to Latour, the sale of Hedemora Adapting to Permobil and Svea Ekonomi’s acquisition of parts of Accountor Sweden.

After completing his bachelor’s degree in business administration, Anders worked as business controller, CFO and divisional manager at Swedish Steel, Boliden and the Oriflame Group, respectively. At the beginning of the nineties he took on a role at the Swedish Savings Bank, now Swedbank, initially working with turnarounds during the financial crisis at the time followed by the position of senior vice president corporates, with a focus on midsize companies.
