Evelīna Valtere

Associate Director

Evelīna is an associate director at Oaklins Baltics in Riga. She advises clients on M&A sell-side and buy-side transactions, strategic reviews and business valuations across a diverse range of industries, including retail and distribution, specialized manufacturing, consumer goods and healthcare. Her recent transaction experience includes buy-side advisory to Salmo Group, a family-owned fishing products vendor, and advising AmberStone Group on its investment in the healthcare clinic Vītola Klīnika. She also advised on the sale of Valmiermuižas Alus, one of Latvia’s best-known craft breweries, to Cēsu Alus (Olvi Group), as well as the sale of Goldlight, a prominent Latvian jewelry retailer. Evelīna has further contributed to strategic advisory engagements for utility and transportation companies.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Evelīna worked as a financial analyst in the real estate and edtech sectors. She has a BSc in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
