Mason Group Holdings Limited has sold AYD Group Limited to Sino Ease Ventures Limited.

AYD is a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands with limited liability. Its indirect, wholly owned subsidiary Zhuhai AYD is the franchisor of a leading franchise in
mother, infant and children products retail business in southern and eastern China, with a regional network of over 1,200 franchised and direct-sale stores and over 6,700 partnership outlets.

Sino Ease is a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, principally engaged in investment holding.

Mason Group Holdings is a health and wealth solution services conglomerate. The company provides health solutions through its mother, infant and children business, dairy products manufacturing and healthcare services. The company also provides comprehensive financial services, including financial brokerage, leveraged and acquisition financing services, asset and wealth management, mortgages, loan financing, as well as the purchase and sale of securities.
