Somerelle has been acquired by Aomei International

Aomei International, a Chinese private company, has acquired the Somerelle brand, owned by Standard Fiber LLC.'s subsidiaries, Standard Fiber China and its operation entity in mainland China, Standard Fiber Shanghai. Financial terms of this transaction have not been disclosed.

Founded by Dupont, Somerelle is one of the first foreign home textile brands introduced in the Chinese market. The company has been enjoying a high reputation in Beijing and Shanghai, and it is popular among Chinese consumers pursuing fine life standards.

Aomei International acquired Somerelle adopting its original technology and meanwhile adding more Chinese elements into this brand. After the acquisition, the new management will expand new fields for Somerelle`s development.

Oaklins' team in Shanghai acted as the exclusive advisor to the seller in this transaction.
