JIN has acquired Atchik
JIN has successfully completed the acquisition of Atchik. Following its LBO with Cita Investment in 2020, JIN sought to pursue its external growth strategy through a new strategic acquisition that strengthened its monitoring, research and analysis division. Additional acquisitions are also currently being assessed across Europe.
JIN is a communication agency specializing in digital influence and public relations. The company was created to help clients strengthen their leadership, accelerate their business and drive their digital transformation through digital influence and technology. Its team of 130 experts support leaders from all sectors across Europe by combining key levers of influence, including digital strategy, social media, executive reputation, media relations and public affairs.
Atchik is an e-reputation expert specializing in online conversations and supporting clients in media moderation, community management and monitoring and social listening.
Oaklins’ team in France acted as the buy-side advisor to JIN, supporting the launch of its external growth strategy in this new build-up transaction.
