Senior Analyst

Cristóbal is a senior analyst at LarrainVial, Oaklins’ member firm in Chile. He is responsible for transaction execution across a range of sectors and has been involved in M&A transactions, capital raising, private debt structuring, bond placements, financial modeling and valuation work. Notable transactions include advising Bci on its capital increase for US$655 million and advising Global Soluciones Financieras on its financial restructuring for US$124 million, which included a capital increase, additional financing through bonds and debt restructuring.

Cristóbal joined the firm in 2022. He has a bachelor’s degree in business and administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
