Antoine is a partner at Oaklins France. He has extensive expertise in the agriculture and consumer healthcare sectors, having closed more than 25 deals in these fields. Notable corporate clients he has recently advised include Vitalis, Vitibot, Cocooncenter and Cooper-Vemedia. He has also advised private equity firms dedicated to long-term investment in organic food such as Triodos, to set up its first investment holding company in France.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2019, Antoine led an M&A boutique specializing in the consumer healthcare market. Before that, he was a director at an industrial consulting firm within the Alan Allman Associates Group. Antoine is also the owner of a regenerative agriculture farm in France and has a degree in engineering, with a specialization in corporate finance.
