Kelly is an analyst at Oaklins France. She supports clients and experienced M&A advisors in various tasks related to the execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, such as industry analysis, financial modeling and the preparation of sales materials.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2022, Kelly had completed internships as an M&A analyst at Translink CF France (ex-Financière Monceau) and at KPMG CF, and as a financial auditor at HLP Audit. She has a master’s in finance from Audencia Business School.
