Marin is an associate at Oaklins France with over three years of experience in the investment banking industry. He advises clients on both sell-side and buy-side mandates across various sectors. Recent transactions he has been involved in include the sale of Innovery to Neverhack, backed by Carlyle; the sale of Anywr to Naxicap and Eurazeo; and the sale of Diateam to Cy4gate.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2024, Marin worked as an M&A analyst at Klecha & Co. for three years, starting at the Milan office before relocating to Paris. He has a master’s degree in management from ESCP Business School.
