Yongjin Jo

Yongjin is a manager at Oaklins KR&Partners in Korea. He supports clients and senior M&A advisors in various aspects of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, including industry analysis, financial modeling, the preparation of valuation materials and the development of marketing documents. He also takes part in pitch meetings, client discussions and negotiation processes. Notable transactions he has been involved in include the sale of Compose Coffee to Jollibee Foods and Elevation Equity Partners, a cross-border transaction, as well as advising Keistone Partners on the sale of ship engine manufacturer Orion Technology to the Highland Equity Partners–Hansol Technics consortium.

Yongjin is a certified public accountant in Korea (KICPA). Prior to joining Oaklins KR&Partners, he worked at Deloitte Anjin Korea and Grant Thornton Daejoo. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Chung-Ang University.
