January 2011 — Allied Vision Technologies GmbH, a subsidiary of publicly owned Augusta Technologie AG and supplier of products in the area of vision and sensor technology, has acquired all the shares of VDS Vosskühler GmbH. Financial details have not been provided.
VDS Vosskühler, located in Osnabrück, Germany, is specialized in the development and production of highly professional cameras for industrial, medical, traffic and defense applications. Due to the superior quality of its products and its customized production services, the company has become a worldwide solutions provider for well-known large scale enterprises and research institutions.
Jürgen Vosskühler was the sole shareholder of VDS Vosskühler GmbH.
