Maren Tietz

Associate

Maren is an associate at Oaklins Germany and a member of the food & beverage and automotive teams. She supports clients and senior advisors in various tasks related to industry analysis, financial modeling and the preparation of sales materials. Recent transactions she has been involved in include advising seniovo GmbH, a provider of various services related to barrier-free bathroom conversions, on Series-B growth financing and JOST-Werke AG on the sale of its UK hydraulics subsidiary Edbro to Endless Enact.
 
Prior to joining Oaklins Germany, Maren worked in the M&A and capital markets department of a leading European commercial law firm as well as in a mid-market oriented Frankfurt M&A boutique, where she particularly advised on transactions in the consumer & retail sector. In addition, she worked in the global transaction banking department of an internationally recognized bank in Luxembourg. Maren has a bachelor’s degree in international business administration and a master’s in international management, having spent a semester abroad at the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán in Mexico.
