Florian Geers

Analyst

Florian is an analyst at Oaklins Germany. He supports clients and colleagues in the preparation and execution of domestic and international M&A transactions. His focus is on financial modeling, valuation, market and competitive analysis, as well as the preparation of pitch materials, teasers and information memoranda.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Florian gained extensive experience in investment banking and transaction advisory at ING, Harris Williams, EY-Parthenon, Deloitte and other M&A boutiques. He was involved in sell- and buy-side processes, supported equity capital market transactions and contributed to due diligence analyses and transaction structuring. Florian has a Master of Science in Finance from EBS Business School, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and financial modeling, and completed a semester abroad at Kent Business School in the United Kingdom.
