Biokube A/S has been acquired by Almana Energy PTE LTD
July 2014 — The private shareholders of Biokube A/S have sold a 20% stake in the company to Almana Energy PTE LTD for an undisclosed consideration.
A leading Danish supplier of small biological waste water treatment systems, BioKube manufactures and sells systems for biological cleaning of waste water in 43 countries.
Almana Energy PTE LTD is a distributor of Biokube products in the Middle East and Asia.
