Vibe Reingjeringsservice AS has been acquired by Allianceplus A/S
The private shareholders of Vibe Reingjeringsservice AS have sold the company to Allianceplus A/S. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Vibe Reingjeringsservice AS is one of the leading, privately-owned cleaning businesses in Norway. With approximately 650 employees and a revenue of about US$27 million, the company delivers services to a diversified customer base, both private and public businesses in more than 70 municipalities.
Based in Denmark, Allianceplus A/S is among the leading, independent facility service providers in Scandinavia. The company has a strong market position in Sweden and Denmark with more than 4,500 employees and an ambition to accelerate growth in the Scandinavian markets. This acquisition establishes a solid platform for further expansion in Norway.
