Aalborg Energie Technik a/s has sold a 55% stake to a group of private individuals
IVON and Pensam have sold a 55% stake in Aalborg Energie Technik a/s (AET) to a group of private individuals, including the company's management team, employees and other private investors. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Founded in 1996, AET is a leading independent engineering and contracting company supplying biomass fired boiler plants, power plants, and combined heat and power plants (CHP) in the size range of 25 to 170 MWth. The company has a well known and recognized reputation for supplying biomass fired boilers and plants with exceptionally high efficiencies, high availabilities, high fuel flexibility and low emissions.
