Adactit has been acquired by TDC A/S
The private shareholders of Adactit have sold the company to TDC A/S.
Adactit is the leading Office 365 cloud implementation and adoption partner in Denmark, recognized by Microsoft as Best Worldwide Microsoft Cloud SMB Solutions Partner, Best Partner for Customer Satisfactions in Denmark, Best Adoption and Consumption Partner in Denmark, and Best Future Workplace Partner in Denmark. Adactit drives active usage/consumption of Office 365 in Denmark. Microsoft's major concern within Office 365 is consumption on a worldwide scale. If customers do not deploy and use Office 365, they are likely to fall for other options from competitors such as BOX, Dropbox, Facebook for Work etc. Office 365 is top 2 priority for Microsoft (Azure + Office 365), and the company continues to invest heavily in Office 365. Adactit is uniquely positioned to help Microsoft since the company has built proven methodologies and practical experience. This transaction will help Adactit to continue growing.
TDC is the largest telephone company in Denmark with 8.5 million customers including telephone, broadband, and television services. The company's headquarters are located in Copenhagen. Even though the Danish home market is the company's primary focus, TDC is also represented as a market challenger in Norway, Sweden, and Finland through its business unit TDC Nordic. The company has a number of subsidiaries: Companymobile, Dansk Kabel TV, Fullrate, Get AS, Cirque A/S, NetDesign, Telmore, Unotel, and YouSee.
