The shareholders of Weber Logistics have sold the company to Stellex Capital Management.
Founded in 1924, Weber Logistics is a regional full-service, third-party logistics company offering warehousing, transportation, drayage and fulfillment to customers in the food, hard goods and chemical industries.
Stellex Capital Management is a private middle-market investment firm located in New York City, with a strong background in transportation, distribution and logistics.
Oaklins’ team in Los Angeles acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Weber Logistics in this transaction.
