Sebastian Billum

Senior Associate

Sebastian is a senior associate at Oaklins Beierholm in Denmark. He is responsible for conducting financial analysis, supporting transaction execution, managing client relationships and contributing to project management.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Sebastian served as a manager in the M&A department at GN Group, where he managed various cross-border transactions and investment projects. He worked out of the Danish headquarters as well as the office in Chicago, USA. He also brings three years’ experience from his time at PwC Deal Advisory, where he worked for private equity and corporate clients. Sebastian has a master’s degree in finance and investments from Copenhagen Business School.
