Associate

Uvis is an associate at Oaklins Baltics in Riga. He has worked on M&A sell-side transactions in the real estate and fintech industries, and has contributed to due diligence projects in the e-commerce, energy and waste management sectors.

Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Uvis worked at a Big Four firm as a consultant, focusing on M&A deals and due diligence projects, as well as at corporate finance and investment advisory firm Callidus Capital. He has a BSc in Economics and Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
