Kristian Roensholdt

Kristian is a partner at Oaklins Beierholm in Denmark. He brings extensive M&A experience from advising both founders and private equity funds on transactions across a wide range of sectors. Kristian takes a hands-on approach and enjoys working closely with clients and team members to ensure the best possible outcome.

Prior to joining Oaklins Beierholm, Kristian held director roles at both Carnegie Investment Bank and Deloitte Corporate Finance in Denmark. He also founded and managed his own business. Kristian has a master’s degree in finance and international business from the Aarhus School of Business.
