Elite Varainhoito Oyj has completed an IPO on NASDAQ First North Finland during which the company raised US$5 million. The shares of the company started trading on 30 November 2015.
Elite Varainhoito Oyj is a Finnish investment services company offering specialized asset management and fund investment services to private investors, institutions and investment professionals. Established in 2001, the firm has 12 offices in Finland, it employs 100 investment professionals and manages assets over US$1.5 billion for 10,000 clients. Elite Varainhoito Oyj consists of Elite Asset Management Ltd, Elite Assurance Services Ltd, Elite Law Ltd, Elite Life Ltd, EPL Funds Ltd and Elite Fund Administration Ltd.
