Siili Solutions Plc has completed a 4-times oversubscribed secondary offering and a transfer of the listing to the main market on NASDAQ Helsinki.

Siili Solutions Plc is a listed technology-independent software integrator and digital service partner in Finland. The company offers demanding IT services to various business fields like public sector, banking, media and industry. The primary targets are the Finnish top 500 companies as well as the state and local government.

The main reason for moving from First North marketplace to the main market place was to increase the liquidity of the shares as well as to expand the shareholder base and to support the growth strategy. The company raised US$4 million.
