The shareholders of Napakka, based in Finland, have sold the company to Packoplock Scandinavia AB. Financial details have not been provided.

Napakka is a packaging company specializing in logo-printed bags, non-branded bags and gift-wrapping materials.

Founded in 2007, Packoplock Scandinavia is a leading packaging wholesaler in Sweden. The company provides tailored B2B paper bags and other marketing and wrapping materials to more than 35,000 customers.
