Océane is an associate at Oaklins France. She supports clients in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, focusing on the consumer & retail sector. Recent transactions she has been involved in include the minority LBO completed by La Famille, a leading fast-casual restaurant group, with Indigo Capital; the majority investment received by Coverpla, focused on the production and distribution of premium packaging for the beauty and fragrance sectors, from Geneo Capital; and the sale of Rubel & Ménasché, a jewelry company specializing in small stones, to Perwyn Advisors UK Ltd.

Océane joined Oaklins in 2020 as an intern after completing an internship as a private equity analyst at Siparex. She has a master’s in finance from IAE Lyon School of Management.
