Kilian Barbier

Associate Director

Kilian is an associate director at Oaklins France. He supports clients in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, preparing industry analysis, financial modeling, evaluation documents and sales materials. Recent transactions he has been involved in include the MBO of Kaviari, a French leader of caviar and premium seafood products for chefs and restaurants; the sale of Optionizr, a leading software for innovative e-commerce payment solutions, to SoftNext; the minority investment received by Sahar, a major sovereign OSINT software provider, from Montefiore; and the sale of Cleeven, a tech-enabled IT and engineering consulting company, to CNP. 

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2021, Kilian had completed internships as a private equity analyst at Ardian in their growth equity team and at Cathay Capital, a Sino-French private equity fund. He has a master’s degree in finance from EDHEC BS.
