Charline is a partner at Oaklins France and co-heads its buy-and-build practice. With eight years’ experience in M&A, including five in buy-and-build, Charline has advised a wide range of groups on their market consolidation strategies in a variety of sectors, including food and beverage, packaging, communications and digital and IT services.
 
Prior to joining Oaklins in 2024, Charline worked at Wanda Corporate Finance, an M&A boutique, where she was actively involved in developing the buy-and-build offering. Charline has a master’s degree in banking and finance from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL.
