PRECIMECA has been acquired by the management team
The private holding company EIS has sold PRECIMECA to its management team in a management buy-out transaction backed by Credit Agricole and IRDI. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Founded in 1974 in Toulouse, France PRECIMECA is a company specialized in the design, manufacture and maintenance of waste shredders. The company includes a design office and a manufacturing facility with the machining capabilities to cover all its operational needs. PRECIMECA offers both turnkey installations, maintenance and spare parts solutions to customers worldwide.
