Bleckmann has acquired BTEXT-2T Group, S.L.
July 2024 — Bleckmann has acquired a majority stake in B2Tex, a leading fashion logistics specialist, and expands their operations into Southern Europe.
Bleckmann is an international logistics solutions provider for fashion and lifestyle brands. Founded in 1862 with headquarters in the Netherlands and Belgium, the company has a strong presence in Europe, the USA and Asia. Bleckmann has particular expertise in e-fulfillment and omnichannel services.
Based in Spain, B2Tex specializes in providing handling and logistics services to major fashion brands, both nationally and internationally. The group operates under its well-known subsidiaries Thinktextil and Handtex, offering B2B and B2C services, with a presence in online and offline markets, operating from eight centers as well as from its clients’ facilities.
