Groupe Enviris has been acquired by private investors
The private shareholders of Groupe Enviris have sold the company to private investors for an undisclosed consideration.
Groupe Enviris is a French leading group engaged in the purchase, sale and recycling of wooden pallets. The company was founded in 2004 in Toulouse and has 160 employees.
