ASCAUDIT GROUPE has successfully reorganized its ownership structure through a partial cash-out of the founder and the acquisition of the historical PE fund shares by Groupe Siparex. The company has also raised funds through convertible bonds and senior debt.
ASCAUDIT is a French engineering group that provides services in the design and monitoring of elevators, accessibility and mobility within a building, and monitoring of HVAC systems sectors. The company is involved in projects of high complexity in terms of vertical circulation, such as mechanical stairs and freight elevators.
Groupe Siparex is a principal investment firm specializing in direct and fund of funds investments.
ISATIS Capital SA is a private equity firm specializing in growth capital and buy-out investments. The firm funds internal growth and structuring of companies, external growth operations through acquisitions, internal development, and corporate takeover.
Oaklins' team in France advised ASCAUDIT GROUPE in this transaction. The team secured the cash-out of the historical PE fund, ISATIS Capital SA, with a 30% stake in the company, as well as a partial cash-out of the founder.
